Must Have Experience:
Service Delivery experience managing the large account
Experience in managing Application Development & Support; coordination with Infrastructure teams and 3rd party vendors
Experience in productivity improvement initiatives, track and measure SLAs, KPI with Continuous improvement and Automation
Must have experience with Healthcare Provider side ( EMR/EHR / Clinical & non-Clinical Apps ) along with claim processing and revenue cycle management
Good experience with any one EMR/EHR – Cerner, EPIC, Athena or any other popular EMR
Experience managing relationships with Sr. VPs/ CXO.
Experience managing Delivery in onshore & off shore model with large team
Will have 3 to 5 direct reports (Team size about 50 to 70 people)
Experience participating in the RFP proposal, pre-sales support, bid defense, Oral presentation, Effort estimation modeling and rehiring processes
Experience in Transition execution
Good knowledge around Cloud and Gen-AI
