As a team, we are focused on providing insights and analytics on advisor staffing, field management structure and the productivity and profitability of different advisor coverage models as well as partnering with key stakeholders to drive decisions for our field investments. You will regularly interface with teams across JPMorgan Wealth Management to advise, present and interpret financial and business information in addition to assisting in the development of strategies and reporting designed to enhance field performance based on data, analysis and insights. You will be interpreting financial information and translating into reporting that provides a clear narrative to the field organization and senior management.For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in our New York, NY office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.Job Responsibilities Provide commentary on business performance and results facilitating discussions of trends with management and field leadership Develop scorecard metrics annually Produce monthly insights and reporting distribution on scorecard results Assist in the development of performance management reporting to provide field leadership with insights into advisor behaviors and productivity drivers Partner closely with Data & Analytics team to help identify and assess opportunities to drive advisor performance Support execution of national and field initiatives within the Chase Wealth Management organization Perform ad hoc analysis in support of financial and strategic goals Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership and field leadership Assist in the development and continued improvement of the Field Reporting & Insight Portal Support our Practice Management team with key initiatives through providing insights and data on our key initiatives Provide support to our offshore partners through enhancement of weekly reporting and business reviewsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 6+ years of relevant Financial Services experience with an analytics background Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) Passionate about driving decisions through analytical insights in a sales organization Outstanding written and verbal communications and ability to tailor message and style to different constituencies (e.g., Field, Finance, Executive Management) Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct analysis and produce reporting Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and ability to pick up new concepts quicklyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Strong knowledge of Access Preferred; Tableau is also desirable Experience in Wealth Management Background in Financial Analysis, Business Management or Data Analytics #LI-HYBRID
