About the Role
The Company is in search of a Strategic Planning & Chief of Staff, Principal for its enterprise-wide Data & Analytics (D&A) team. This pivotal role is the linchpin that binds the team together, supporting the mission of the D&A team in a chief-of-staff capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including people management, team engagement, budget management, project execution, fostering collaboration, managing communications, and team operations. They will play a key part in the team’s strategic interests, ensuring that data-driven and mission-driven goals are met, and will act as a support in the transition towards a repeatable product and services-oriented model.
