Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure strategic and operational success across research projects.
- Develop, manage, and oversee project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Lead and nurture relationships with external partners to support program objectives.
- Work closely with the executive team to align project outcomes with corporate goals.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline; PMP certification preferred.
- 12+ years of industry experience, with exposure to both large pharma and biotech environments.
- Proven experience in alliance management.
- Strong understanding of the drug development process from early discovery to clinical stages
