The Lincoln Healthcare has partnered with a client in Healthcare, in search of a Director of Maintenance in Dallas, Texas! We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to support a dynamic team. This position requires recent, extensive experience with facilities management.

Professional Overview:
- Partner with the Facilities Team Leader to ensure adherence to all State, OSHA, Fire Marshal, Joint Commission, and ADA standards. Diligently manage documentation and compliance processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), safety inspections, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer the Facilities Department budget, oversee daily operational tasks, manage on-call schedules and payroll, and conduct annual performance evaluations for Facilities Staff.
- Oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring that facility systems and equipment are functioning optimally. Implement and supervise preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Work closely with the Facilities Team Leader and Director of Support Services to provide detailed information for SBU Executives/CEO regarding new campus developments and overall facility management.
- Serve as the primary contact for new vendors, including obtaining quotes and collaborating with the Facilities Team Leader to make informed decisions on vendor selection and management.
- Lead the Emergency Management Team, coordinating responses to inclement weather and other emergencies in partnership with Nursing and Receptionist staff to ensure safety and operational continuity.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Director of Support Services, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to organizational objectives.

- Proficient in generating and managing detailed reports using advanced computer tools.
- Strong ability to convey information clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
- In-depth understanding of policies and regulations from the State of Texas, OSHA, ADA, Fire Marshal, and The Joint Commission.
- Expertise in overseeing maintenance operations, including scheduling, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with maintenance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized, self-motivated, and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Skilled in delegating responsibilities and ensuring timely completion of tasks through effective follow-up and supervision.
