The Chief Financial & Operations Officer will direct and oversee all corporate financial and fiscal management. CFO/COO will provide stellar “hands-on” leadership and coordinate the budgeting, business planning and recommend process improvements to assist in the growth of the company cross functionally. Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding Strategic Business Partner to Executives to improve efficiency and increase profit and productivity.

MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE AS A FINANCE AND OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversee all Accounting and Finance Department functions
• Oversee with hands on process entire accounting department; 10-12 direct reports
• Oversee and approve all revenue and expenditure processing
• Analyze cost controls, cash flow, financial statements and expenses to assist business leaders
• Work with Corporate Executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for corporate financial and operational planning process.
• Coordinate and implement improvements to corporate systems and processes
• Ensure adherence to local, state and federal budgetary requirements
• Strategic Business Partner providing analysis and data to support sound business decisions
• Monitor corporate banking activities
• Liaise with external auditors and accountants and manage the annual audit process

Requirements

• BS in Accounting or related
• Min 10 yrs accounting and min 5 yrs of Executive Finance management experience
• Apparel, home goods or consumer retail product experience a must
• Outstanding Strategic Business Partner providing advisement to improve processes cross functionally in all departments
• Stellar skills and proven success as a leader and in financial supervisory management
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and very detail oriented
• “Hands On” leader with open-door and approachable management style
• Proficient with managing multi-entity budgets
• Growth minded seeking more efficient processes and effort to increase corporate revenue
• Polished Professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in accounting ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Dyn GP accounting software a plus
