Position Summary:
The Director, Solutions Marketing acts as a global liaison between product management and the market. They support Hach’s customer-facing teams by helping them craft compelling narratives. Their role involves understanding and engaging with prospects and customers to enhance our brand credibility, showcase the reliability of our products and services, and highlight our successes in the market. They are responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for new product launches, as well as customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders to plan and deliver the launch of new products and releases internally/externally.
Drive demand and pipeline generation as a collaborative and strategic partner in the development of product and solution sales plays, content creation and other sales enablement materials.
Develop GTM strategy, messaging, and positioning for each new product launch.
Curate content (i.e. case studies, testimonials, data sheets, etc.) by sourcing and creating customer stories in partnership with key internal partners, including Product Management, R&D, Sales and Service.
Generate content strategy for campaigns and prioritized Account Based Marketing (ABM) accounts.
Develop Sales Enablement materials that empower campaign and demand generation teams with assets to drive growth.
Incorporate win/loss insights into competitive content, positioning, messaging, content, etc.
Spearhead product, service and experience merchandising through online and offline catalog development – testing and refining to optimize sales over time.
Develop an effective solutions content strategy and calendar, and highly impactful growth programs to generate customer acquisition, funnel conversion, engagement, and lifetime value.
Determine the solution distribution strategy, including the identification of strategic partnerships/alliances and other promotion and distribution opportunities.
Support the development of programs, tools and training that enable the sales team to effectively sell.
Establish pricing positioning strategies and recommendations in partnership with internal partners including Product Management and Finance Teams.
Education and Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience in consumer and B2B product and/or service marketing or related experience delivering highly successful solutions in a dynamic environment that generates growth.
Proven success leading the launch and enhancement of consumer products and services.
Ability to influence and manage cross functional teams to accomplish objectives.
Proven experience crafting compelling messaging and positioning narratives across channels and developing effective content and sales enablement strategies.
Extensive experience leading the development of digital-first integrated marketing plans.
Proven experience leveraging data and analytics to make decisions and drive product/service evolution and growth.
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $130,000.00 – $160,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
