Job Description
Summary:
The Director of Marketing will create and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness, attract customers, and boost sales. This job needs a creative and data-focused leader with experience in both online and offline marketing. The perfect candidate will have experience leading a marketing team, creating campaigns, and measuring how well marketing efforts work. Additionally, ideal candidates will have great communication skills, both verbal and written, have a passion for creativity and innovation, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing marketing strategy in alliance with companys overall business goals
Mentoring and managing a marketing team
Taking on campaign management, from the creation to execution across various channels
Ensuring brand management/consistency across initiatives and communications
Conducting market research and analysis to optimize market strategies and creating report findings
Develop and manage budgets, providing a strong ROI
Collaborate cross functionally across various departments and manage agencies/vendors for campaign execution
Performance tracking against KPIs and other performance metric

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.
7+ years of marketing experience
3+ years experience in a leadership role- candidate needs strong leadership/team management skills
Experience with digital marketing tools & platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics & reporting MBA or equivalent advance degree is preferred null
