Qualifications:
To qualify, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (PHR/SPHR preferred), 5+ years of HR leadership experience, and in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
