The role demands a proven track record in successful fundraising, donor relationship management, and community engagement, as well as the ability to inspire others to support the organization’s work.

Applicants for the Chief Advancement Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in nonprofit advancement, fundraising, and communications, including at least 5 years’ in a leadership role. The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, and a strong knowledge of fundraising principles and practices. The Chief Advancement Officer will also be responsible for team management, strategic fundraising, community engagement, donor stewardship, collaboration with leadership, and overseeing marketing and communication strategies. A successful candidate will be adept at data management, grant writing, and will have a proven ability to meet fundraising goals and expand the organization’s donor base.
