We are currently in search of a Vice President of Marketing who will play a crucial role in shaping our brand vision, driving community engagement, and formulating public relations strategies. The successful candidate will possess a blend of brand management acumen and a profound understanding of consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a thorough brand strategy that amplifies our presence in the direct-to-consumer marketplace. Lead brand management efforts to ensure uniformity and alignment across all consumer interactions. Build and mentor a capable team to formulate and implement strategic marketing initiatives. Drive community engagement strategies, fostering strong connections with our audience and promoting user-centric messaging. Oversee public relations initiatives to elevate brand visibility and safeguard our reputation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to weave brand messaging into product innovation and marketing approaches. Leverage insights gained from community interactions to guide brand positioning and strategy. Required Skills A minimum of 8 years of experience in crafting and leading marketing strategies aimed at direct-to-consumer brands within the SaaS or consumer sectors. Demonstrated ability to harness data for developing robust product-led growth strategies that facilitate customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. Strong familiarity with direct-to-consumer marketing methodologies focused on converting users into loyal customers. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and engaging audiences. Capability to track and report on growth metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team remains aligned with objectives. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a startup or pre-IPO environment, ideally with insight into hyper-growth scenarios and the dynamics of early-stage firms. Proven success in constructing and leading a high-performing in-house team, alongside managing vendor or agency partnerships. Experience in developing enterprise marketing strategies, particularly in email marketing.
