About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Technology to join their executive leadership team and take on the pivotal role of defining and implementing the organization’s technology vision and strategy. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in both current and emerging technologies, possessing the ability to drive innovation and growth. Key responsibilities for this role include strategic leadership to ensure technology aligns with business objectives, operational management of IT systems, and fostering a culture of excellence within the technology team. The SVP of Technology will also be a key business partner, collaborating with the executive team to prioritize technology initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being preferred, and a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years’ in a senior executive position. The role requires a proven track record in developing and executing successful technology strategies, managing large-scale IT infrastructure, and a strong understanding of financial management in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus within the technology organization.
