In this role, you will be directing the interoperability performance management function. You and the team you lead will be Interoperability’s liaison with internal partners to help identify and drive committed value and measure and ensure growth of the program.As the Director of Interoperability Performance Management, the ideal candidate will be comfortable with identifying and managing value associated with two dozen product use cases, while also leading a team business intelligence leaders. To be successful in this position, you will need (or be able to quickly develop) an understanding of payer-to-provider interoperability and interoperability more broadly in the healthcare payer space. You will work with internal Humana business owners to form partnerships that help the performance of the product thrive.Outcomes:Value all interoperability use-cases.Commit P&L value with aligned business partnersCreate a suite of operational dashboards to measure interoperability growth all use-cases.Create a suite of quality dashboards to measure interoperability utilization across all use-cases.Manage department budget withinKey Responsibilities:Identify and monitor value of product use case to the member, the provider, and the Enterprise.Communicate with partners regarding day-to-day matters and lead long-term strategy efforts.Build and maintain positive relationships with internal partners throughout the year.Monitor and optimize Product performance to improve outcomes of the interoperability function.Complete Cost Benefit Analysis on new vendor partners in partnership with product teams.Provide input into the broader interoperability strategy.Lead and develop a team of supporting associates.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in business, healthcare studies, or related field6+ years of healthcare industry experienceAbility to travel 15-20%Preferred QualificationsHealthcare experience within an interoperability, finance and/or actuarial capacity1+ years’ experience with healthcare interoperabilityMBA in business, healthcare studies, or related fieldPrior experience working on or around interoperability within the healthcare settingKnowledge of Medicare Advantage, and experience leading an operational unitScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$164,700 – $226,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
