We currently have a Spa Manager position open in a busy spa. As a manager, you will manage the overall team and provide leadership, coaching, development and direction to all team members. You will be responsible to ensure financial success and provide exceptional customer service overall to both team members and clients.

Duties
Effectively manage spa associates, estheticians and therapists while motivating the team in a fun, fast paced environment
Team Building including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling
Selling memberships and delivering great customer service to existing and new clients
Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual membership, product and gift card goals
Working various and changing days and hours (weekend days, opening and closing required)
Expect to work 45-50 hours a week

At least five years experience managing large teams
A passion for people and sales
High level of enthusiasm
Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
Some Retail or sales experience with “membership based” sales model is a huge plus
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
Relevant and successful experience in a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility
Backgrounds that work well.
