What you’ll do The Director, Field Marketing – Commercial will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the needs and growth of the North America Commercial business. This role requires strategic thinking with strong leadership skills, capable of driving growth, and ensuring the alignment of regional marketing initiatives with regional sales goals. This role will be responsible for designing and activating bottom-of-funnel marketing programs, designed to generate a healthy and sustainable pipeline for our Intelligent Agreement Management Platform.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director, North America Regional Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional marketing plans for North America to support stated sales goals and initiatives.
Manage a team of regional field marketers, providing strategy, guidance, and support.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the North America Commercial Sales team and cross-functional business partners to align marketing strategy, efforts, and needs.
Oversee the execution of North America-specific marketing campaigns, including field events, promotions, conferences, and partnerships.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives targeting the Commercial business across all marketing functions, adjusting and directing strategies to meet targets.
Manage regional marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional Sales leadership, partners, and customers.
Stay informed about industry trends and standard processes to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation).

What you bring Basic
12+ years of marketing experience.
Experience partnering with SaaS Sales Executives.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering on financial targets.
Preferred
BS/BA degree or equivalent in marketing experience.
Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of market dynamics and SaaS background.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to transfer data into actionable insights.
Wage Transparency Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $171,500 – $277,025 base salary.
Illinois and Colorado: $164,800 – $232,750 base salary.
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800 – $242,225 base salary.
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
