Job Description
BSA LifeStructures is seeking a dynamic and experienced Architecture Leader to support and guide our firm’s Principals in client selection and project pursuits within the Healing (Healthcare) practice. This role is crucial for positioning BSA LifeStructures as an industry leader and driving our continued success in the market.
What You’ll Do
As the strategic leader of the Healing practice at BSA LifeStructures, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting Principals by leading, managing, and ensuring accountability. Your role will involve pursuing and securing large projects over $80M, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining high proposal and interview success rates. You will collaborate with Principals to identify key opportunities, select clients strategically for long-term success, and sustain relationships with top-tier clients. Additionally, you will develop and promote practice-related content, elevate the firm’s national presence through speaking engagements and publications, and work with the president to build a national platform for expertise delivery and revenue growth. Representing the company at industry events, engaging in continuous education, and mentoring colleagues will also be essential aspects of your role.
Education/Experience
- Educational Background: Accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Professional Licensure: Professional Licensure in Architecture, with an NCARB certificate preferred.
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus in healthcare projects.
