Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO will manage all financial aspects of multiple CDL Driving Schools, ensuring fiscal stability and strategic growth. This role involves overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning while working closely with the executive team to drive the school’s mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the school’s objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk, ensuring optimal financial health.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions and business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the executive team to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop and oversee financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar role, preferably in an educational or vocational training environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
