The Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a finance leader who adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the global organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate FP&A, this role is responsible for managing deliverables related to the quarterly guidance and monthly estimate process, along with reporting and analysis on global performance. Responsible for providing leadership at a Corporate level at ELC across Affiliates, Regions, Brands, Functional Departments and Channels. This individual will provide Executive Management with insights on the business through enhanced analyses and reporting.

Qualifications:

1.Responsible for leading the global finance organization by creating insightful analytics and reporting related to the quarterly guidance and monthly global P&L estimates.

2.Prepare and review comprehensive monthly reporting and presentation decks for Senior Management, that deliver timely and actionable insights.

3.Analyze and report on key drivers and trends related to monthly estimate variances.

4.Assist in compiling and publishing key metrics and KPIs to provide transparency, insights and consistent Retail Sales, Net Sales, Gross Margin, Operating Expense, Operating Income and EPS reporting to Senior Management to drive effective and efficient allocation of the company’s investments.

5.Gather, report, and provide analytics on monthly Risk and Opportunities submissions.

6.Prepare monthly scenario planning models to discover insights that will drive strategic decisions.

7.Responsible for assisting with key quarterly earnings analyses.

8.Communicate results and business impacts of initiatives to Executive Management.

9.Build collaborative relationships with Brand, Regional and Corporate Finance teams.

10.Proactively seek ways to enhance, streamline, and automate existing processes.

11.Assist in the identification, development, and adoption of strategic ad hoc initiatives that contribute continuous process improvement to the organization.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,550 to $208,200. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
