Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage and direct the daily operations and provide direct care services.
- Responsible for creating a positive client and employee experience
- Monitors, evaluates and modifies the operational processes as needed
- Assists in developing and implementing facility policies and procedures
- Provides operational direction for medical services, clinical services and all contracted operational staff
- Carries out the personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision
- Assists in developing and monitoring annual strategic plan for facility/program
- Works with our Quality Management team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws/regulations and represents program in internal and external audits
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with physicians, admissions, marketing, referral sources and other key stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned.
Licensure, Education, & Experience:
- Clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, Ph.D./Psy.D.)
- Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a behavioral health or general healthcare setting including supervision of others and successful operations oversight
