Responsibilities:
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with proven results.

IT governance principles and implementation that ensures the effective & efficient use of IT resources.
IT Vendor management including negotiating contracts.
Cost/benefit analysis calculations that assure business value.
Strong understanding of business processes, data flow and reengineering methodologies.
Understands process flow and methods to increase efficiency.
Significant exposure to manufacturing and plant floor operations
Delivery of IT Services in Infrastructure, Business and Shop floor Systems
ERP functionality, implementation procedures and support organizations
- Strong understanding of industry best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Must keep up with new technologies and their application to the business as appropriate i.e. Artificial Intelligence
SDLC (software development lifecycle management) and software selection procedures to assure business requirements are met.
Cyber security threats, solutions, and mitigation techniques
Budget management and IT allocation methodologies that provides transparency of consumption of IT services and related costs.
IT Shared Services; Service Catalog and Help Desk service delivery models.
Experience with accounting or operations is a positive

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or other related technical degree
Experience with D365 is strongly desired
ERP experience required

10+ years of IT leadership role experience

Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as a leader.
