About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its retirement system, which was established to provide pension and group life insurance benefits for eligible employees of cultural institutions and daycare centers. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, experienced, and entrepreneurial leader with a strong commitment to service. The Executive Director will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the retirement and 401(k) plans, ensuring that the benefits meet the needs of the participants.
