About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Functions Controls Testing Automation Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and execution-oriented management of a team focused on end-to-end control testing, with a specific emphasis on increasing the level of automation in control testing across various global functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, as the Lead will be accountable for negotiating and influencing at a senior level, both internally and with occasional external customers. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the Global Functions Control Testing Head in staff management issues and for the effectiveness and efficiency of controls monitoring and testing.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in risk and control roles, and a preferred 5 years of direct management experience. The role demands a subject matter expert on data management and reporting, an advanced understanding of MCA frameworks, and proficiency in MS Office and related tools. The ideal candidate will have exemplary analytical skills, the ability to work effectively in virtual teams, and experience with Agile methodologies. The position requires a degree of responsibility over technical strategy, the ability to assess risk, and a continuous improvement mindset. The Lead will be expected to ensure that the team maintains a high standard of work, complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and upholds the firm’s reputation while safeguarding its clients and assets.
